Ben Shapiro Joins the NewsTalk WANI Line-Up This Afternoon at 5:00!

By | News | No Comments

Ben Shapiro, editor-in-chief of DailyWire.com and host of the top conservative podcast in the nation, will host a two-hour daily show on NewsTalk WANI beginning this afternoon. The Ben Shapiro Show will air weekday afternoons from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The Dave Ramsey Show will now move to 7 p.m. each weekday evening on NewsTalk WANI.

“Adding a top-caliber talent like Ben Shapiro to our daily line-up is exciting,” said Zac Blackerby, NewsTalk WANI Station Manager and host of the station’s award-winning morning show Auburn-Opelika This Morning. “Ben connects listeners with the news they need to know in the fastest-moving daily program in America, so it’s a perfect fit here on NewsTalk WANI. Adding The Ben Shapiro Show to the nation’s other top radio talent like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and Dave Ramsey gives us the best line-up of any talk radio station”.

Shapiro is a leading conservative speaker on college campuses, consistently defending free speech and open debate. Shapiro is the author of seven books, including The New York Times bestseller, “Bullies: How the Left’s Culture of Fear and Intimidation Silences America” (2012). Shapiro is also a nationally syndicated columnist since age 17, and a graduate of UCLA and Harvard Law School.

Ben Shapiro, editor-in-chief of DailyWire.com and host of the top conservative podcast in the nation, will host a two-hour daily show on NewsTalk WANI beginning Monday, January 7.

Shapiro is also a nationally syndicated columnist since age 17, and a graduate of UCLA and Harvard Law School.

What They Are Saying About Ben Shapiro:

Rush Limbaugh says Shapiro isn’t just “content to have people be dazzled by his brilliance; he actually goes out and confronts and tries to persuade, mobilize, motivate people.”

Glenn Beck calls Shapiro a “warrior for conservatism, against those who use fear and intimidation to stifle honest debate. I’ve never known him to back down from a fight.”

Sarah Palin says that Americans should “consider Ben’s advice about how we must stand up and push back twice as hard against this bullying”.

Sean Hannity says to join Ben Shapiro and “fight back!” against liberal bullying. Michelle Malkin says Shapiro is “infused with the indomitable spirit of his friend and mentor Andrew Breitbart”.

Even the liberal Washington Post, in the aftermath of Shapiro’s devastating destruction of Piers Morgan on national television, conceded that Shapiro is a “foe of extraordinary polemical agility.”
